Yesterday it was supposed to rain in Marquette. Well, I didn’t see a drop, and that was upsetting. I got in my car and followed the dark clouds until I hit the rain. It was one of the most satisfying feelings.

This Is the Main Room in the Holy Family Orphanage in Marquette MI, opened in 1915 abandoned in 1965. In 2009 Its awesomeness lives on. This one was with 2 LED flashlights moved in each of the 4 shots
Even more reason for me to get in there now. I have no excuses for not having been in there before.
Snowbound Books
I bought two new books today, The Elements and A World of Curiosities, from Snowbound Books. That place is awesome, and it is now a thing to go there every other Friday, to buy new books.
Skate. (& Marquette)
Been inside all day because it’s been a steady 90 out, but I just got back from a little skate sesh. It was only about a half an hour, but it was the best. I just took the bike path along the lake and then hit up lower harbor. Marquette’s beautiful when the sun’s setting in the summer. It’s so nice out I think I’ll go out again later on tonight.
Just Stuff
Messing around with HDRs, instead of taking pictures of what I should be. I don’t know if they work that well; I need a lot of practice.
Going Out Skateboarding!
Gettin’ back into the groove. This weather is the best.
